General Provisions 1.1. This document constitutes a public offer for professional home cleaning services issued by eLimpio – Tigran Mkrtchyan (hereinafter The Provider), addressed to any individual or company (hereinafter The Client). 1.2. Acceptance of this offer (by booking, confirming by message, or granting access to the premises) implies full acceptance of these terms. 2. Purpose of the Contract 2.1. The Provider agrees to perform professional upholstery, mattress, carpet, and textile cleaning services at the Client’s premises, according to the terms agreed upon. 3. Service and Payment Conditions 3.1. Indicative prices may appear on eLimpio’s website or social networks.Final prices will only be confirmed after receiving photos of the items to be cleaned and the postal code of the service address, sent via WhatsApp or email. 3.2. Payment may be made in cash, by bank transfer, or by any other previously agreed method. 3.3. The Client must allow access to the premises and provide water and electricity if required. 3.4. Payment by the Client constitutes acceptance of the completed work and satisfaction with the service. 4. Quality, Liability, and Claims 4.1. The service shall be considered properly completed upon finishing unless a written or verbal claim is made within 72 hours. 4.2. After this period, the Provider reserves the right not to process complaints. 4.3. The Provider is not liable for permanent stains, pre-existing damage, or limited results due to fabric type or material condition. 4.4. The Provider is not responsible for any damage to objects, furniture, or elements not directly related to the service if the Client did not remove or protect them before work began. 4.5. The Client is responsible for removing fragile or valuable items before the service starts. 5. Use of Photos and Video Material 5.1. By contracting eLimpio’s services, the Client authorizes the Provider to take photos or videos of the cleaning process for: Documentation of the objects’ condition. Internal quality control. Staff training. Advertising purposes (website, social media, etc.). 5.2. The Client may revoke permission for advertising use at any time via written notice. The Provider will stop using such material within 10 days after receiving the notice. 6. Data Protection eLimpio complies with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). Personal data will be used solely for service management and will not be shared with third parties without consent. 7. Modifications and Jurisdiction 7.1. The Provider may modify this offer without prior notice. The current version will always be available on eLimpio’s official channels. 7.2. Any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with Spanish law, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia. 8.
